Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
